Electrical Component Systems
ETS will custom-design your PC-board artwork, engineer component circuitry and assemble electronic modules efficiently through the use of automated soldering process equipment shown here. Software for the company's Centralized Computerized Diagnostic (CCD) equipment is developed internally for reliable continuity and functional testing at the various stages of production. Molded encapsulation of the finished electronic assembly can also be provided from ETS's injection molding facilities.

Electrical Wire Systems
Complete design, engineering and manufacturing services are available for your wiring harness requirements. Cutting, stripping, terminating, tinning and splitting bonded wire all on cost-effective automated wiring process equipment assures conformance to the highest quality standards of specifications. ETS provides dedicated wire/assembly boards and fixtures as required and utilizes computerized testing (CCD) to assure the integrity of the finished product.

Insert/Injection Molding
Combining expertise in progressive stamping with the experience in injection molding, ETS produces outstanding single-piece encapsulated finished products known as insert molded components. Featuring excellent quality and innovative functional design, these parts reduce the number of fasteners, adhesives and other costly assembly methods required, thereby providing a more economical and reliable integrated product. Insert molded parts also resist temperature extremes, moisture, vibration and corrosion.

Electro-Mechanical Systems
Complete assembly of instrument control panels and other related electrical/mechanical systems is an ETS specialty. With extensive experience in designing and manufacturing custom electrical/mechanical components, ETS skills often enhance the economic value and exceed the original product design performance specification requirements of the customers' applications.
